In the court of public opinion, the state and its fully owned subsidiary main stream media control the narrative for the drive by audience so the the public’s opinion is simply a reflection of that. Unfortunately, the government authorized itself to lie to the public to decriminalize their history and their nature. And while we have always known that the government lies, most of us have been dumbfounded to realize that that is all it does. It’s not that our current government ocassionally obfuscates anissue or omits some critical element, it can almost be said that it never tells the truth.
Hopefully, Trump might rein this in a little but this feature, this fact the the government has been caught in so many lies is ultimately a feature that must be addressed. Aside from outlawing propaganda, one possible solution is to fund documentaries in a Perry Mason courtroom trial format where critical issues can be debated in uncontrolled detail so that the state can’t control the narrative.
So take the issue of ‘climate change’. The state is careful to never present facts like the Earth has become 15% greener or that the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere is almost at a plant-kingdom killing minimum. Then there is the fact that building 7 didn’t just fell down. The fact that 600,000 votes in the 2020 election had a 99.7% vote result. The fact that less people died of covid than the flu.
Many in the public have no knowledge of any of the most pertinent facts on many of the issues and they are not likely to unless it is presented to them in a format they can or might conceivably be willing to watch and digest. As such, it seems like it would be a legitimate public service announcement to present both sides of an argument in a courtroom trial format with the idea that the public be the jury.
Ultimately, the public is the jury on all the issues of the day. However, at present, the trial itself is like the January 6 committee where no defense has been allowed to rebutt the state narrative. It is incumbent on the adults outside of government to work to ensure that the government is not allowed to propagandize the public. Perhaps President Trump will somehow hear of this opportunity to fund a high quality courtroom format documentary so that the government can no longer abuse the opinion of the public.
